さて、表題のコピペですが便利ですよね。数字の打ち間違いも無いし、なにより時間効率が抜群です。しかし、コピペに頼りすぎてはいけません。大切な資料などは特に注意が必要です。基本的にコピペは作業者の脳に記憶をさせない作業なので数字や文章が身に付きません。なので、写真のような可笑しな数字が出ても気が付きません。
583,475円が正解なんですが、計算式が入った数式をコピペしたので、583,475円１3銭33厘33毛なんていう現代日本では使われていない通貨を会議資料にアップしてしまったりします。誰かが言ってました。勉強とは基本的には暗記の繰り返しだと。便利な道具を使いこなすのは大切です。でも、たまには紙と鉛筆を使って数字や文章を書くことも必要だと思いました。
