節分👹

今日は暦の上では、節分です。 節分とは「季節を分ける」という意味です。 2/4 立春です。
豆まき・・・邪気を追い払う。 「鬼は外～福は内～」 そして、年の数だけ豆を食べる風習があります。
小さい頃は豆が食べたくても年の数だけと言われたけど、今は豆の数だけ食べるのが大変になってきました（笑）
聞いた話しですが、年の数プラス一個食べるとその年の厄を払い病気にならないそうです。
恵方巻き・・・今年は北北西の方角です。しゃべらずにお願い事を心の中で唱えながら恵方の方角を向いて夜に食べるといいそう
です。一本食べるのは大変ですが、ハーフサイズもあるので試してみてはいかがでしょうか。
