さて、表題のアドラー心理学。ドラマ「嫌われる勇気」がアドラー心理学会から抗議を受けたとの記事を目にしました。
10年ぐらい前に私も悩むことがあり、アドラー心理学の勉強をしました。
人は原因があって行動するわけではなく、人は目的のために行動するという目的論を柱とした考え方です。トラウマなど存在しない！ということみたいです。
例えば、同じ状況に置かれた方でも捉え方が違います。原因は関係なく、人それぞれの考え方（目的）によって進んでいく方向が違うということですね。
人間関係や子育てに悩む方には1つの方法として参考になるかもしれません。
「嫌われる勇気」に関しては、原作もドラマも見ていないので何とも言えませんが、
人に嫌われることを恐れずに、人のためになると自分が信じることをしなさいとアドラーの本で読んだ覚えがあります。
それが、なかなか難しいのですが。
