先週の土曜日に看護協会主催の勉強会に参加してきました。
地域包括ケアシステム研修会で島根県より講師の方がきて「２０２５年に向けて今できること・すること」
他職種連携と地域力のマネジメントについての講演でした。
1/12 当ステーションでも地域連携についての勉強会をやったばかりだったので、地域とのつながりの必要性・大切さがよく
わかりました。私は病院での勤務だったたので退院するとき、退院後については地域連携室に任せていたことのが多く関わることが
ほとんどなかったので、今回訪問看護師になり色々と勉強中です。
帰りに水戸市の大串町の介護施設に寄り、目の前に大串公園があり、水戸市で有名な「ダイダラボウ」を見てきました（笑）
